Monique has worked as a Business Development and Pursuits Director with and for the world’s largest professional services firms, non-profit entities and innovative start-ups. She has a proven track record in improving business development maturity, developing strategies for revenue growth and winning significant new business deals.

Monique built her expertise in leading international teams and proposals initially through her work managing multi-territory bids for a global accounting firm. With a cross-industry and sector focus – including education, finance, health, IT, real estate and the public sector – Monique has mastered the art of creating well-structured, compelling content and coaching teams to clearly express complex concepts. She has supported hundreds of proposals ranging from small engagements to billion-dollar global consortium tenders.

With a combination of commercial intellect, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, business savviness and pure and simple passion, Monique delivers well above and beyond her clients’ expectations. She is an accredited proposal and orals coach who thoroughly enjoys sharing her wisdom and insights with the people she works with and for.
