Caroline founded Plan A in 1998, and has built the business since then to become New Zealand's largest and most experienced professional tender and business writing company. The company today has offices throughout New Zealand. The team regularly write business documents and tenders for companies throughout the world.
Her background includes business management, education, marketing and strategic facilitation. With a passion for creating documents that make a difference for clients, Caroline has focused on building a culture of excellence with Plan A.
